Fee Collection Policy

In compliance with the applicable Governmental directives, rules and regulations, for all B2C sales of WileyNXT Programs in India, Wiley has appointed credible distributor(s) to market, promote and re-sell WileyNXT Programs in India for all B2C sales. Since, Wiley neither takes nor receives any program fee directly from its individual / B2C customers due to the applicable governmental regulations, Wiley’s distributor(s) collect the fee for all WileyNXT Programs. All interested customers, students and candidates are requested to contact Wiley’s distributor(s) for applying to any of WileyNXT Programs.

Please be further advised that CloudOnHire has collaborated with various Banks, NBFCs, Digital Finance Companies, Consumer Lending Fintech Companies, Peer to Peer Lending Platforms etc. (“Lender(s)”) to provide and make available to you the facility to pay the fee for WileyNXT Programs in easy EMIs. In case you have opted for an EMI option to pay the fee towards any of WileyNXT Programs, please be advised that such EMI facility and/or educational loan facility has been provided, facilitated and made available to you by CloudOnHire in terms of their respective arrangements with the Lender(s).

You acknowledge and agree that (1) you are solely responsible for all your transactions with the Lender(s) in respect of any EMI facility and / or educational loan facility availed by you; and (b) you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Lender(s), which Lender(s) may impose upon you for providing you with the EMI facility and / or educational loan facility.​

CLOUDONHIRE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED BY YOU WITH LENDER(S) OR FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR RELATIONSHIP, WHETHER CONTRACTUAL OR NOT, WITH THE LENDER(S) FROM WHOM YOU HAVE AVAILED ANY EMI FACILITY AND / OR EDUCATIONAL LOAN FACILITY.

In case you have opted for the EMI facility and / or educational loan facility to pay the fee for any of WileyNXT Programs, you hereby give your consent to CloudOnHire and/or Wiley to share your personal information with the Lender(s) towards enabling and facilitating the said EMI facility and / or educational loan facility between you and the Lender(s).
